Our Research and Innovation Department develops partnerships in European Programs such as HORIZON, DIGITAL, and ERASMUS+ to provide open-source and free-of-charge innovative learning materials, tools, and resources and training offers for everyone passionate about continuous development for personal or professional growth. Our R&I collaborates with academic, corporate, and civil partners to import latest developments to the local ecosystem of Austria and export our good practices and expertise to all of Europe. Such partnerships offer upskilling and reskilling that benefit everyone – from school students, trainees, young professionals, and hand workers, to high-level managers and even policymakers. Innovative open lifelong learning is our instrument and goal!

MANAGERS

Managers, excutives, and staff in leadership positions are the backbone of organizational success. Equipping them with the right tools, knowledge and skills is vital for enhancing leadership, driving strategic decisions, and fostering collaboration, ultimately leading to improved performance and overall growth.

APPRENTICES

Investing in the development of vocational apprentices and trainees is paramount for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. By providing them with the necessary knowledge and expertise, we not only equip them to excel in their roles but also ensure the future success of industries and organizations.

YOUTH

As the force and power of future workforce and society development, young people, especially those not in Education or Employment or Training (NEETs) are one of the main groups we work closely with to support them with the personal transition to adulthood and the professional transition to labour market.

ADULTS

Be it elderly or young adults, we offer these groups versatile competences unique for their roles, be it parents, caregivers, hand workers, corporate employees, or just in the journey of discovering oneself. As the core dynamic of society and ecosystem, this group is in the center of all of our work and activities.

EDUCATORS

Elevating the skills of trainers and facilitators is crucial for ensuring the effective transfer of competences. By providing them with the right tools and capabilities, they will deliver high-quality training and learning experiences needed to foster growth for both individuals and organizations.

Society

We understand the world as a complex interconnected innovation ecosystem in which all actors and factors mutually support each other. By considering social, environmental, economic, and global dimensions, we provide services that benefit the whole community beyond the main target group.

Our systematic approach and participatory work cater to diverse professionals and enthusiasts including high-level managers, corporate employees, HR, trainees, consultants, social workers, educators, students, youth workers, and the youth themselves. Our projects span a wide range of thematics with an innovation methodology rooted in a dual-path strategy that harnesses insights from our national endeavours for European development, while leveraging international successes to refine our national offerings.
